We invite you to visit our public Reading Room located at 4602 Plettner Lane, downtown Evergreen, at the southeast corner of Main Street, and Highway 73 (behind Baskin Robbins). The Reading Room is a spiritual information center designed for the community, with an attendant on duty to answer questions about Christian Science. It offers a quiet haven for study and prayer where the Bible and related reference books, as well as Science and Health and other writings by Mary Baker Eddy, are available. The Weekly Bible Lessons are provided for study in various formats.
Visitors may read or buy a variety of books and other publications on Christian Science, including The Christian Science Journal, Sentinel, and Herald magazines, and The Christian Science Monitor Weekly. There are also CDs and audio tapes, a free lending library, a computer with high-speed internet access and programs to simplify research, and a children’s corner. Also, the readings from the Wednesday meeting are available at the Reading Room for review and study.
